All about the "AUP Rating"

This is your online reputation.  Your AUP rating gives others an indication of how communicative you are.

The rating is based on whether you replied to someone or not. In other words, the number of replies per conversation don't count, as long as you reply at least one time throughout the whole conversation you should retain a favourable rating.
