Known problems and errors

• OutOfMemoryException errors.
  If you attach (upload) your picture and get this error it means that your picture is too big to fit in our server's memory.
  
  Techincal explanation: Everyone who uses this website is allocated a certain amount of server memory (a small amount). When your picture is uploaded and reconstructed in our server's memory, it ends up much larger than the filesize and exceeds the limit, this is why you are getting the out of memory error.
  
  If you resize the image to 400 pixels in width, you shouldn't experience any further upload problems.

• NullPointerException errors.
  If it took a minute or two before you got this error, it may indicate that your Internet connection is running very slow.
