I KEEP GETTING A PROMPT TO LOGIN

• I keep getting a prompt to login

• I keep getting a timeout error

• The website seems very slow

Here are all the possible reasons/causes for this...

• First, try closing all your browser windows and open up a new browser - then return to our site.

• If you are disconnected from the Internet (i.e. your modem keeps disconnecting) or if your ISP is running slow or experiencing problems, our server will expire your online session.

• Check that your 'security' settings (in Internet Explorer: Tools/Options) is set to medium.   If it's set to 'high' or custom, please ensure that you can handle cookies to some degree.  If you have no idea what this means, or if you need a second opinion, ask somebody who knows about this stuff.

Other things to try...

• Does rebooting your machine fix the problem?
